Cancellations & Refunds

30-day returns/15-day returns: You can return your item for upto 30 days (gold and diamond jewellery) and for upto 15 days (silver jewellery) from the date of delivery, no questions asked against a full refund subject to a successful inspection of the items (which may take up to 7 days from the date of receipt at the Company & warehouse/store) and submission of the video showcasing the return packaging with the original product, invoice and authenticity certificate.

However, Personalised and Made-To-Order products are not eligible for 30-day/15-day
returns and can only be returned in case of spurious/defective products.
